Philbert would like you to know it's pronounced "Phil-bear", but don't be fooled by his fancy name. He is a hobo cat picked up by BARC shelter in Brooklyn, who was then picked up by me in April 2008.
He is the most clumsy awkward cat I've ever seen, which makes him even more lovable. I hope you enjoy his daily antics
